Service Quality Management Assessment

Besides assessing the ‘level of compliance’ (to service standards) and also the ‘impact’ (of service on the customers), assessing ‘how well quality is managed’ also provides a good insight on areas for continuous and impactful improvements.

In line with our Service Quality Management Framework© (SQMF), we have developed an assessment tool to assess how quality is managed by assessing the results and impact of ‘service leadership’, ‘long-term service improvement plans’, ‘internal service quality campaign’, ‘service competency development programs’, ‘continuous service process improvement programs’, and ‘service measurements programs’.

The purpose of this assessment is to provide a comprehensive picture to the management of the opportunities and areas for improvement in how service quality is managed within the company or organization.
