Service Quality Centre is an international management consulting and training company specializing in Service Quality and Innovation Solutions. Established in 1990 by Singapore Airlines and SPRING Singapore, SQ Centre has supported more than 800 organizations across 18 countries in their journey toward corporate excellence
Currently, SQ Centre is a member of Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), further strengthening its commitment to delivering world-class learning, consulting, and organizational development solutions.

Our Presence in Indonesia
Service Quality Centre Indonesia was established through a joint venture between SQ Centre and Salim Group, with the mission of helping organizations in Indonesia achieve service excellence.
SQC Indonesia commenced operations in 1993 with the launch of its executive programmes at our dedicated Bootcamp facility in Cicurug, Sukabumi.
